6. Pre-registration and enquiries

Submitting a pre-registration form or contact enquiry does not by itself create a confirmed Hajj booking or contract. It expresses your interest and allows our team to guide you through the next steps.

We may follow up by phone, email, or messaging apps using the contact details you provide. Additional documentation and official payments may be required through authorised channels.

7. Payments and refunds

Payment terms, schedules, and refund policies for Hajj packages are governed by the applicable agency agreement, government rules, and official Hajj circulars — not solely by information on this website.

goHajj.ai promotes actual-cost transparency and document-backed breakdowns. Specific refund eligibility, processing timelines, and deductions are explained during registration and in official terms provided at the time of payment.

8. Guidance and content disclaimer

Ritual guidance, journey information, Mabrur content, FAQs, and AI-assisted features on goHajj.ai are provided for educational and planning support. They are not a substitute for qualified religious scholarship, medical advice, or legal counsel.

Pilgrims remain responsible for verifying rituals, health requirements, travel documents, and compliance with official Hajj instructions.

9. Intellectual property

The goHajj.ai name, logo, website design, text, graphics, package breakdowns, calculators, and other content are owned by or licensed to goHajj.ai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial Hajj planning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
